If you’re experiencing crashes within Armello, here are some steps you can take to attempt to resolve the issue. If you're in this state, please send a report through using the in-game bug sender tool in the pause menu. Armello's sound and animations are working, but there's nothing you can do to interact with the game, then it's likely that you're in an NMA state.
Is it a "No More Actions"(NMA) situation?Īn NMA is a situation where the Armello client stops hangs in a state where it cannot progress. If you can see Armello animating or the game is still functioning in any visual way, you are not experiencing a crash.
We define a crash as a situation where the application ceases to run completely.
